Available for solo coaching or small group of up to four. This session gives you the freedom to organise your own group. With a focus entirely on your group’s goals, each session is tailored to your level, interests, and areas of focus—whether refining technique, building active flexibility, or tackling advanced contortion shapes.
This private contortion class offers a highly personalised approach to developing flexibility, strength, and control in key contortion shapes, including bridges, chest stands, front splits, and side splits.
Sessions begin with targeted warm-ups to prepare the body, followed by customised mobility drills and flexibility exercises for the spine, hips, and shoulders. With close guidance throughout, you’ll receive hands-on adjustments, detailed corrections, and programming designed for safe, effective progress.
This format ensures the highest level of individual attention and shared learning, making it ideal for those who want to accelerate their training, work more deeply on specific goals, and enjoy a personalised experience.
Perfect for dancers, aerialists, or anyone serious about improving their flexibility, this private session supports consistent progress and confident movement into more advanced contortion work.
