Introductory Assessment (free)

This is a booking placeholder for the 12-week contortion program. It includes personalised programming, exercise guidance, and ongoing coaching support. Contortion is not just about pushing deeper, it's about how your body adapts over time. This program sets up that adaptation properly so you can progress safely, built by my years of contortion training experience and remedial therapy knowledge. Most students continue beyond 12 weeks to see lasting results. 

Payment for the program is arranged before scheduling. After payment, we'll set your session dates. Spots are limited to ensure personalised attention.
